These Terms of Use govern your use of the Brownie Points mobile application (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
If the App offers paid features or subscriptions, billing and renewal terms will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple account settings.
All App content, branding, and features are owned by Brownie Points and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brownie Points shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
